A native of Fort Wayne, IN, Micah Benson recently graduated from Indiana University- Purdue University Indianapolis with a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from the O’Neil School of Public and Environmental Affairs.

Micah has mentored thousands of students on and off campus and is passionate about combining her passions with her God given purpose, all leading up to her being the recipient of the Outstanding Undergraduate Student Leader award during the 2019 Women’s History Month Leadership Reception while being 19 years old. Micah hopes to one day become a Supreme Court Justice and use her passion and love for people to change the world, one day at a time.

Wilisha Scaife is a wife, mother and passionate woman who lives to inspire others to know who they are and the purpose, for which they were created. Wilisha believes that ‘breathing life’ into others (especially women) is what she was born to do. Inspiration, she declares, is greatest superPOWER of all!

Trease Sears is a wife, mother, author, playwright, director, choreographer and school and community leader.  It is her desire to see youth all over the world, flourish and walk in their true purpose.  She recently opened World Changers School of the Arts, Inc. (WCSA).  WCSA's goal is for students to no longer come to school because they have to, but because they hunger and thirst for knowledge; because they know their education is their responsibility; because they want to be successful, and at WCSA they are given the necessary tools to assist on their journey.

JaNae (31) is a mother of one beautiful daughter. Fitness enthusiast who’s living life and growing in Christ!

Delores Ryan served 30 years in corporate employment in roles such as Career Coach and International Trainer. Additionally, she was a Commissioner for Indianapolis Public Schools, serving 7 years. Retired and Living her best live, she is a wife, homemaker, mother and grandmother.

Genyne Edwards-Booth, JD is an experienced consultant and attorney who has worked in community development and social enterprise for more than 20 years. She specializes in building partnerships and coalitions, managing and staffing projects, and conducting research. 

She received her undergraduate degree in Organizational Leadership and Supervision from Purdue University and her Juris Doctor from Marquette University. She is also certified in professional coaching and commercial real estate. Genyne is the recipient of many awards and is a 2015 Milwaukee Business Journal Woman of Influence in the category of Innovation.

As a leader, teacher, speaker, motivator and coach, Gretchen Grier has dedicated her life being of service and helping to enhance the human experience.  She has a passion for children and families and has spent the last 20 years working for the Indiana Department of Child Services to protect our most vulnerable citizens the children.  Gretchen has a bachelors of arts in sociology and child development from the University of Illinois and she is the proud mother of 3 adults sons and an adorable granddaughter.

 Nina Powell has gained numerous professional designations and certifications in her field of expertise including Certified Fire and Explosives Investigator (CFEI) through the National Association of Fire Investigators. During her 12 year tenure in the fire service, she has served as a Public Educator/Deputy Fire Marshal, Victim’s Assistance Coordinator, Public Information Officer and Fire Investigator. Her educational background includes a certificate from Indiana University in Public Health and she is currently in pursuit of a Bachelors in Philanthropic Studies from IU Lilly School of Philanthropic Studies.

Precious Jones is fiercely, loyal and dedicated to her family, church family (Amazing Grace Christian Church) and the community.  She was recently given the opportunity to start the very first Charter School Police Department. Being promoted to Chief of Paramount Schools of Excellence was a huge accomplishment after 9yrs with the Indiana State Police.  Precious also received her Master’s Degree in Social Work this year.  Her hobby and addiction includes her favorite exercise, Kangoo Bounce which she has earned her instructor licence (Kangoo Dance and Kangoo Discovery).  Last but certainly not least, Precious is the proud wife of Deputy Jones and a mother of three children, Samon, Gabriel and Caleb.
